Re: apex legends: not getting prime loot (ps4)

i claimed my revenant amazon prime skin for this month and i wasn’t able to find it anywhere in my account i triple checked to make sure i had the right ea account and i claimed his skin and it’s no where to be found in my apex game.

my apex account is linked to my ps4 account which is on the ea account i linked to my prime and i restarted my ps4 and tried to claim my rev skin again and nothing happened. what could i be doing wrong??
