And the more important thing: I'M NOT BLAMING PROGRAMMERS HERE. It is Management who gives them the priorities. It is management not looking at the true problems because they are expensive to solve and aren't visible to the majority of players (or at least is what they think), so it is better to go for content they can monetize instead of fixing awful bugs.
Last but not least. I'm a programmer too, used to work for the Sony PlayStation Network and now I'm on the AI business as a Project Manager. Believe me when I tell you: IT'S NOT PROGRAMMERS FAULT, IT'S MANAGEMENT'S.
