Why do you even need such banners or exp? Just start another round and forget about the previous one. That's it

...wow..."do you even need such banners"? Thats a core part of the game. It allows you to re-spawn your teammates providing you picked up their banner after they fell. And exp gives you...well exp. Level up, gain lootboxes, unlock more cosmetics.
A match can last from 20-30 minutes. If you dedicate 20 minutes into a match thats around 3500 exp. If you die after that 20 minutes but other members of the squad live, then they have the chance to grab your banner and respawn you. If you leave the match before your squad is all down, you dont get any exp.
The banner however is only available for a limited time and once its gone, you cant respawn. But you cant get any exp until either the match ends with your squad winning, or your whole squad is taken out.
So spend 20 minutes in a game for 3500 exp then be taken out. Your squad dont grab the banner. 1 or 2 members of the team remain but for those last 10 minutes until the end they sit in the corner and wait or they go around killing everything. Either way you have to sit and wait for the outcome because if you leave, you dont get the minimum exp from surviving so long.
Yes if you are taken out in the first minute or so it probably doesnt matter. But what if you took out the kill leader (500 exp per leader) or downed an entire squad before you got taken out? Thats a big jump from 50 exp to over 1000 exp. But now the rest of the team live, your banner is gone, and you get to wait 20-30 minutes for the game to finish or lose the exp.
- In most cases it's faster and easier to start another round than waiting until someone grabs a banner and try to revive you without any loot
- I also made a thread like this couple of days ago, good to see other ppl saying it too. I wholeheartedly agree. It's BS that when there's a party and you as single get left out.
- So instead of finishing your game, you’d rather quit early and screw over the people who are still playing, that want to revive you?
