There was an issue with the way these bundles with character specific packs were coded. This issue has been resolved as of this morning, and if one wants to buy the current Octane bundle in the store, they will not be locked out of the bundle for having already unlocked Octane, or other items.
This is still an issue with the torrent pack! Really silly.
@pandareno1999 Actually, in both cases (I also cannot purchase the Torrent Loba Pack in the shop right now because I have the R301 skin), I only had the weapon skin that is included in the pack, which in turn forces me to not be able to purchase the pack.
It is saying that I cannot purchase because the weapon skin is the "core" item of the pack.
