I agree with her tactical being VERY strong. It is rediculous to shoot someone for 150 damage and then 1 second later they have 200 health again. Complete *. And for the entire team... 125+125+65 or what ever she gets...yeaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh not broken at all.
