I find it cute that anyone believes they’re not OP lol. They’re all over the place especially in the early game. They need to be harder to get or put in a care package. Tough pill to swallow I get it but red shield belongs in the same loot pool as red weapons in the care package.

What in the blue hell mean OP? Its equal for everyone. Its not like some weapon or ability is OP.
From the frustration you obviously have i got to think you hate them, cause people farm damage, because they actually playing the game, and you are playing slowly, non aggressive, and when you met a team you are still blue/purple and they have Red, and you get angry by it.
No one gives them the Red EVO, they earned it, by fighting, doing damage, and be in a tough situation, and taking risks.
Red EVO is something you have to earn.
And if you play skillful and with a pace, and swap armor often, and don`t spend 5 minutes to look which one have +5 damage more, so you can swap to it, and then heals it, and lose significant amount of time, you ain`t got EVO that fast.
Armors atm is perfectly fine as it is.
Again Evo Armor atm is rewarding skills, if the guy have early red Evo, that just mean he was in a lot of battle and earn it. 1300 damage is equal to 5-6 kills most of the time, sometimes more, sometimes a bit less. And this is without swapping armors.
And its not like i`m not playing the game and don`t know at what time most people are running with Red Evos. So many games is finishing where neither me or my opponents have Red Evo at the final 2-3 squads.
Saying people have it super early is a big big stretch.
