Re: German servers
I am running into the same issue. I play on Frankfurt servers, which are the closest to me. Since this season started, I am getting disconnected from games quite often. And I mean like 3-4 times per game.

Hey you two, just want to let you know I feel your pain. Season 10 was a mess for me and the world but it looks like a lot of issues were fixed for the most part.
Have you tried de-installing Apex and re-installing it. I know it takes some time but it can and does fix a lot of things.
I play on the Frankfurt servers also and so far this season, 20 BR games and the 10 Arena placement matches, I have only lagged out disconnected on the very first game I attempted to play. Since then it has been smooth gamming for me. That first game I will call an anomaly.
Also i do know that Internet connectivity is problematic in some parts of Germany maybe check with your IP.
Lastly if you can it is best to have a LAN connection as WIFI can also be a little problematic and not always so stable.
I hope I was able to provide some possible solutions and positive feedback.
