Why would they ban your hardware IDs if someone hacked your account and cheated from another computer with different hardware IDs? =)

maybe the game originally register to my pc

look at my rank...i solo q rank..i only can grind until diamond only..if i play in diamond lobby i'll die a lot

thats why i stop once i reach diamond...split 2 i didnt play rank at all

but i reach masster...

look at ea data i download..few days before i got banned....theres a lot login attempt from another country..im from malaysia btw

im facing the same problem but someone hacked my account and they banned 3 of my accs and now i cant even play in tourneys im from malaysia too i spend so much of money on 3 of my accs now im finding a way to remove the hardware ban on my pc i cant be getting a new pc its too expensive i really need help please 

My account was also banned and I believe my own family might caused this. My sister's son who was visiting intentionally use my PC without my consent and must have did some hack on my account. I did look at my EA datA and noticed some unusual attempted logins from places out of the US.  Sent some screen shots to the TOS team but still not enough.

Make sure you always have your PC locked with user name and password. Also that 2 step verification thing should be turned on. I wish I had mine on. It would have prevented my dang nephew from using my PC or even play my apex cause that 2 step thing would have been a life saver. If it really was him who caused my ban. I'm on my 11th or 12th request for some sort of leanency from EA games but reading the fine print clearly states you and only you are responsible for you EA account which is understandable but not for a small percentage of folks who really got the short end of the stick. Don't think it would be reversed but I'll keep reaching out.

Just make sure that 2 step authenticator is on all your games u play. Lesson learned.
