Re: I was harassed, insulted. Fought back by admitting 1 of the insults=Account BAN

In this case these 2 player where actually using ingame text chat ( i was on voice chat and opted to start typing in order to provide undeniable proof that i was being insulted ( i was obviously planning on reporting them).

The insults in game were far worse then i am letting through in my text i don't want to take the chance of EA giving me a ban for offensive speech in chat, they started with the basic noob and loser( the usual) when they noticed i was not affected by it they started escalating the chat insults.

They were going to jump off map to throu the game because i said " yes keep playing so you farm RP for me" ( they allowed me to die alone in the middle of a fight and recovered my beacon)after they walked to the edge of Olympus but i say something along the line yes pls jump so i can leave the game without a penalty( and so they did not at this point i was sure things would escalate quickly , i left them in an impossible situation, which they did quickly) the insults started rolling. At one point they just stopped playing and said something something suck something , stfu you gay something( and much more this took an entire game so approximately 20minutes).

My response was simply "jokes on you i actually am gay" - THIS SENTENCE GOT ME BANNED

After a while another team came killed them and i left the game and moved on until today when i got slapped with an email first thing in the morning ...

I think they also get banned...that would be the only explanation...

i hope so, the least it could happen. The thing is i didn't break the TOS( i was very careful not to) i should not be banned. I am hopping this is was an auto ban and that a human did not review it, and now that i have summited a tick for account review and asked for help on possible channel someone will look into it, At this point am just sad and disappointed.

I imagine that am not the only person in a situation like this and that is also something that is very, very concerning, the question arises how many wrongfully bans are out there? ( i always though that all these "my account ban was wrongfully" posts were just misinformation guess this thaught me a lesson).

Really wanted to try the war games coming next week( i think that event will be really fun and engaging but with) an unjust 7 day suspension i think that is out of the picture. My faith in Apex grow shorter every day unfortunately
