Agreed, tho 10K is a little steep for me personally. I have almost 70K and purchased all legends. It took a while tho to get to this amount and to be only able to buy 7 of those, if implemented, would be severely lacking imo. 7.5K I'd be more willing to do. But yes, it's now basically a useless commodity.
