They will never change it.

 It is because it works on EOMM (engagement optimized matchmaking). You are not matched on skill but it combines a number of different factors, to try to increase overall engagement. This is why most of us have a good first game to keep us playing looking for that one win that gives you a good feeling.

The more players play the more likely they are to spend money on coins that's how it works. That's all they care about. I encourage you to keep coming here and keep an eye on how many matchmaking posts you see. I've posted about it for over a year now and trust me they don't care one bit. I complained about me getting 1500 damage or 2k and my teammates would get 200. I even posted about me playing like 18 games in a row of just crap teams with very low damage. I took some time off from the game and of course the first game I get a win. I even joked with the random teammates I had about how Apex does this. Gives me a win and now I get crapped on because it just happened. 5 games of 100 plus damage teammates and the last game I just played before typing here I got 1500 plus damage on my own because my squad left me.
