Yes you are right. That was a pose.
Maybe you know smth about a reward for EA Access?
I have bought it today, but 1000 bonus did not appear.

I'm not aware of any big issues around it. You may want to restart your game or even your device, then check again.
I know when I bought the Founder Pack on a personal account it took a little while to arrive, but I restarted as a test and the coins/skin were there after I started back up.
