@Ctr006 havoc is a good weapon.. but it's far from being op.... u die from havoc only if you go carelessly against him... and if you stay still while they firing at you.

infact at high level is no used anymore unless you have no other choice.. wingman, R99 and PK are far more effective.. and imho also the R301, Hemlock and Flatline
