Re: Play solo
I just want solo mode. Going up against a full squad while solo isn’t a fun experience for me. Especially when you first land and a guy starts a fist fight. Than he proceeds to cry to his squad mates asking for help and I get gun down. Come on folks! Don’t start something you can’t finish. (Also the devs need to improve melee. Hitting the dude body and doesn’t register as a hit marker.)
As for stealing loot, I hate it when you first drop,finding crap loot and get into a fight with two players. You kill them both and before you can earn your reward and loot for health, your squad who didn’t help, runs pass you to grab everything you need. Leaving you helpless as another squad rush in minutes later to instantly down you.
So now as a experiment,when randoms does that too me, I just bail on them to see if they will eventually learn to respect the kill loot. Much like how people are now picking separate but close by buildings to loot for your own stuff. I’ve been respectful towards people loot,if someone gets a kill with gold armor in the box, I’ll wait for scraps. If we’re in the middle of fighting two squads and I’m in a pinch for fresh armor,I’ll borrow the gold and after winning,I’ll drop it for the guy who earned it (fully charged of course). I know not everyone will accept this and it will always be who ever is fast enough to loot,even if someone really needs it.
But once we’re in the top 6, I don’t mind people getting my kill loot as I’m already set up for the remaining squads.
