@LordloshBang I have to agree with you when it comes to his Ult being fairly strong now and not wanting this game to be completely dependent on abilities. In terms of pure strength Revenant is good enough but may need more adjustments to make him as valuable as other picks. Honestly the changes to his ult might make him versatile enough to be a worthwhile pick but we'll see

His tactical obviously affects all Legends but is only 1/3 of the Legends care about losing their abilities. A silence Gibraltar is dead while a silenced crypto is mildly annoyed.

The number of passives a Legend has is irrelevant. The strength of a Legend's passive it what matters. Caustic technically has two passives (immune to gas and highlights enemies within gas) but just one of Lifeline's old passive abilities (25% faster item use) outclasses both of Caustic's in my eyes.

@NagTheNaggy Why is the climbing ability viewed as an escape ability? Since the day Revenant was introduced I've viewed him as the edgy assassin Legend. I use his abilities to sneak up on enemies from routes they never expect and that climb has been fairly good at that.

Again:
Bangalore, Mirage, Octane, Wraith, Pathfinder, Gibraltar, Loba, Bloodhound, Caustic, you make this legends suffer.
You understand that, this is not 1/3 of the legends, right ?
And we currently have 13 legends, including Revenant. If you get him out of the scheme, cause we are talking about his tactical, its 12.
So you pretty much make 9 out of 12 legends suffer bad.
And you pretty much make Bangalore, Octane, Wraith, Pathy, Gibraltar, Loba, suffer big time, because they heavily rely on their tactical.
Even if we just take the legends that heavily rely on their tactical, aka 6 out of 12, this is half of the cast, not 1/3.
Add that the sphere is ridiculous and totally blind your opponent, and you even do damage to them ...
His tactical is insanely powerful anti-hero tool. Its remind of a Spectre or Visage in dota. :D
You know what i`m thinking of the moment ? Revenant in a pro usage. We all know that pro teams are camping in close one to another buildings, which make Revenant insanely useful in such situations, for example like this:

You decide to push an enemy team, Revenant is the best tool to allow you to try that without consequences. You ult and all goes on shadow mode, you push a team and you focus to down 1 of the enemies, and you do this in just of the expense of 50 hp, you die you get back alive on safety with full shield and 50 hp.
If you knock someone, you just straight up push again, because you will get all of your armor and finish them.
His ultimate can be extremely useful in many situation, his tactical as well, silence enemy and took them a way a powerful kit, when they need it most.
Pushing a team with an ability to get killed and come back full shield and with 50 hp, while they are all silenced and you have like a second chance is extremely strong tools.
Yeah you don`t have an escape ability with Revenant, but you get a anti-legend ability, a second chance ultimate, and a upper hand in strafing, due to full speed crouch.
I don`t know for what more you can ask ...

Its a good video.
When your hit by Revenant tactical, you have less visibility on your screen, which for me is a bad thing and i don`t like that at all, and i think this should be reversed. Such things are bad for the game.
Let me have my 100% view and no one making me see blur stuffs.
Just what i say in my previous comment.
Revenant with his new shine ultimate stuff will be a complete monster in tournaments.
