I personally think there should be a shorter (very short) timeout for inactivity.  Like seriously, so many entire squads are just sitting in rooms waiting for one person to walk through so they can destroy them. I know restricting tactics is kindof lame but so is getting ambushed behind every corner by people who can win a game to save their lives on a good day. Also Revenants totem needs to leave players with less health or less shields when sent back to totem. They have it way to easy for a high return with his Ult. Maybe also put I cool down on some of these ping spammers, it's hard to hear the game when some teammate is using all of his fingers to tell you an enemy is across the map when one is clearly right in front of you.
