Re: Server merges

It is because no one is playing on PC, you watch the top players that are not in EU play on the Japan servers because the queue times are incredibly long.

@Sneaky_Pretzel Plenty are playing. Some top streamers in the world play on East Coast servers and are located on the east coast or around or near. To play on japan would be K/D suicide. The packet loss the ping would be horrible and would screw you more then help you.

This needs be looked at from a marketing stand point. I was playing with the top lifeline in the world at this time. We sit in que for minutes. He was going to do a 24 hour stream. Then the ques hit a nerve. Say you do play 24 hour stream. Then your que time is 1-2 mins each game in the morning times. This can add up to hour or more downtime.

This means the game is not providing content to streamers to keep playing non stop. Without content being shown of their game then advertising the game for someone new who drops by is lobby time.
Do I want people who drop by streamers channel to check it out to see they sit in long ques and complain about it? Or do we want to merge the servers for quicker que times? Marketing stand point I would pick number 2.
