I don't like landing in Train Yard either, because it seems like it's this map's Bunker (everyone lands there).

I like landing in Overlook, just outside of Skyhook (at the tunnel), and the section of Capital City where nobody else happens to be landing.

Overlook has quick access to a jump tower for when your squad finishes looting.

If you land at the Skyhook tunnel, you have the option of pushing Skyhook, Capital City, or Train Yard, depending on the ring location. 

Capital City is just a pile of buildings with loot. It really doesn't have anything else going for it as far as landing there.
