I honestly liked the Lifeline exclusive skin that was on the store this week, not gonna lie.
Wolves aren't dumb on the skin either, it's about themes.
Besides, kids aren't exactly a problem, you know? It's childish to dimish others/things without giving suggestions. The mature person tries to find good in everything instead. 🙂
If you put your mindset and try to see the theme a certain skin tried to show, you'll find it's beauty. It sounds a bit pretentious and poetic but eh. Like, all art is like that. Movies, books, paintings, sculptures, games, and you guessed it, in-game skins.
After all, graphic designers are also artists. Don't you think?
TLDR: Try cleaning your window before looking out through it, it'll do you good. What you don't like, others might be hella into it.
