Just because you don't currently have the means, doesn't mean that those means aren't within reach or development. Is there a proper channel here for this feedback to get through to development?
If somebody/server crashes due to a game error > create report > tell server > display correct icon for crash to relevant players.
It seems from what you've said that the reporting might need improving. I'd like to hear more about why it's too complicated to identify or even for development.'Even if a server fails, it's hard to identify this, as there are many things that make it possible to identify it."
Sheer volume of complications never stopped any programmers/developers, in fact, it drives them to create better experiences.
This is a useful idea / distinction for Apex gamers in game.
I would also like to say - this is all regardless of peoples issues being connected to their ISP and more relevant to QOL in the game.
Citing ISP issues as the most likely contingency in 2022 is not only condescending, it's been said ad nauseum & I'm sure I'm not the only one sick of it.
It's also easy to blame ISPs for unknown issues rather than take action. I've seen plenty of companies do it & it does form the basis of a lot of frustration between customers and companies.
Thank you, exactly my point! Obviously, before writing this post, and to make sure the issue wasn't on my end, I took the time to run tests to my internet connection which came up flawless, but I thought mentioning it was superfluous as it is the obvious first step to take I would think.
If this is really their position on this type of issues, then it seems that the success they're having as one of the most played BR games of the moment has gotten to they're heads and they simply don't.... care about making an effort to provide solutions? I really hope that's not the case.
