Re: We want pathfinder back! This game is actually dead now

@Heroki2d Path is still awesome, and obviously the game is far from dead.

It's funny to me how people can't just admit Path was insanely OP with the previous grapple cool down. He can still get the whole squad to elite locations, and escape just as well. You just have to weigh the risk versus reward more than before.

    @Pure_Funk_Nugget okay but what do i do if i am in a fight with loba,and she teleports on to high ground on just * on me and my teammates? can i still use the grapple?

    @Heroki2d I would hope you would not use the grapple and you and your team 3 on 1 this Loba who had the gonads to even contest 3 people at once. It does not escape it is owning time.

    @Heroki2d It is literally no different then when pathfinder would drop in on a team up high and crap on them. Loba can now do it too. Loba has to time her bracelet and use it wisely when fighting. As does pathfinder now. You cant just zip away ever 15 seconds it is now evened out where strategy is finally a thing in apex for this legend. You have to time and know when you should use it. Loba as well. All legends are becoming about timing and when is best to use. Unlimited run ability with a grapple is no strategy it is weak game play and leaves the team to die. I am not by any means knocking anyones game play just stating path running off was horrible for the team.

    playing as path now seems dumb, to play alone you don't need path that job can be done by almost all legend, it depends a lot on the player and play style, a aggressive good player can push can clean out any team easily, Loba can now do that easily Due to her ability. So the Argument that path isn't a team player or he is op is just Bs, it's just some amount of people who got owned by some high ranked path

    @Supremest01 Its hard to respect an argument that takes shots at the skill level of the opposition but oh well. Its true that some players blame the game for things that's simply the player's fault but that doesn't mean lack of skill invalidates an argument. If the difference in skill is significant the mozambique can beat an r-99 but that doesn't mean the two guns are equal.

    If Pathfinder grapples up to a tall building thats it. There are no counter play options. You can possibly melt Path before he escapes if your skill level is high enough but this level of skill isn't necessary to stop any other legend from escaping. His ability to chase down or escape players was a seriously problem that was matched by no other legend.

    Furthermore don't bring Loba into this. She's more vulnerable than Pathfinder when using her tactical and even if its shorter than CURRENT Pathfinder that doesn't mean she can do what Pre-nerf Pathfinder could do. You're intentionally mixing this up.
