Re: Why does apex lag 24/7 on ps4 servers?

We should rule out any issues with your connection. Can you go through some troubleshooting with me? First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

@EA_AljoI currently have a 600mb connection, it is not on my end.
I am wired and connection issues don't happen on any other game, just apex. Servers need upgrading.

Ok. If you change your mind and want to go through some troubleshooting, let me know. We can't find out if the problem is on your end, ours, or your ISP otherwise.

@EA_Aljo I understand that, at the time of posting the PS4 servers were currently appearing as "slow" and had the "yellow" colour. (through the apex server status checker)

I do believe that the apex servers do need a little bit of an upgrade as they do tend to have issues more often than not, it would help out the community as well as respawn, it would reduce the number of complaints too i'm sure of it.
