@Muxtun Keep in mind, it cost nothing other than time played to get out of Bronze.. Meaning, there is no RP cost to join a game. So when a gold player gets placed with 2 bronze players, it only makes sense that the bronze player just does not have the same experience a Gold player would have. Otherwise they would not be bronze. Even if they moved the tier up to silver once you hit gold that would help some but won't fix the issue.
