Reporting a toxic player that verbally agressive

I read the support article. It literally says to contact support, or report in game

On support website there is no such topic to report a player or harrasment, only takes you back to the help article - Loop.

In game, you can only report a player for being toxic ON CHAT.

Questions I need answer to officially:

1.) So how can I report someone who is verbally just unacceptable (Mind you not even a little kid, it was not a silly joke, it was a seriously very harrassing language from a grown man, to me who said or done nothing to provoke him)

2.) I want to report based on a recorded video (I got proof on youtube even and I can post this video wherever I want, so don't even tell me not to post here, I can post him on tiktok hundreds of times if I want to, but I don't I want him to get a ban, at least a temporary).

3.) I want to have a follow-up for my report. It's all nice and cool that I can report, I want to see the status, what has been done and when, in a timely matter. You take it seriously? Show me please. Or else everyone can be cruel and very sick talking in game, and this is why people say this player base is toxic to the extent that they stopped playing the game.

If nothing will happen this time, then I might consider stopping too. I'm a grown man I can take stupid people. But I won't. It's a game I'm here to have fun and not listen to a guy telling me to fk my mother, or unalive my family. In a game, this is unacceptable, especially when youth playing it and this is how you want to teach your kids to behave, and more importantly GET AWAY WITH IT NO PUNISHMENT?!!

This is unacceptable.

  • It is unacceptable.

EA does not take this type of thing lightly. They do not tolerate hate speech or the like.

If you can’t report in-game for some reason or need to report something that happened online, give EA the details right here on EA Help: (takes a moment to load for me)

    https://help.ea.com/en/report-a-player/

Hopefully this is just the start of your conversation with EA about this. I would include a link to your youtube video in this report.

Thank you for not putting in a link to your youtube here, as that would be against AHQ tos and would have to be removed.

  • @_4OP3_ In the game's settings, there's a "communications filter" under "gameplay". I personally have this set to "friends only", (and you can set it to "no one" as well).

What this setting would do is automatically mute any non-friend, (or everyone), anywhere, (including in the lobby).

Note: If you manually had unmuted someone, they tend to remain unmuted the next time you get matched with them, so you would have to manually mute them again, and sometimes at the end of a Mixtape match, (such as Control and TDM), you may hear the players from the other squads that were on your team.

I've gone from hearing toxicity almost every match, to hearing nothing, and its been nice.
  • @_4OP3_ I give you the best advise you could ever hear on this topic:
    Mute them and move on...

This personal Vendetta is not going to change anything, even if that person gets banned he will just create new account and keep doing what he is doing... Banning them is not going to show them that they act out of line, most of them are just kids, they will figure this one out when they grow up.

I have personally just encountered a very racist player using extreme vulgarities against me. I can’t report him in game because he is on a PlayStation and I am on an Xbox. When I report him per the ea player report form they tell me nothing can be done. I have the audio with video evidence to prove everything I am saying. I have no way to get that evidence to EA. EA keeps ignoring me. Are they pro racism? Pro Vulgar language and abuse? This is unacceptable and goes against their “code” of conduct yet they refuse to help me.
