Revenant Passive Rework

Stalker

- Ability to climb walls indefinitely but Revenant has a reduced timer in restricted zones.

- Drawing your weapon while climbing will lock you in place, but you can now shoot your gun while attached to a wall. If you wish to move again, you need to holster your weapon. Also while latched to a wall, a smoke effect will emit from Revenant's body making it easy for perceptive players to notice him. (Animation durations can counter abusing this.)

- Increased crouched movement speed is scrapped.
