I've read through all the replies on this thread, and there have been a few people stating that they think the addition of solos/duos would be a good addition to this game, because they don't want to play with crappy random players. As a crappy random player, I agree with them. I've played four matches so far, and I've only downed two people. In the last game I played, I died before dealing any damage, and my teammates had some choice words to say about me before I left. I don't blame them for being angry, because I'm terrible, and have no place being on a team in the first place. If I were able to practice and get a little better by playing solo mode, I wouldn't be a parasite leeching off the skills of my teammates, and ruining their overall experience. A few people have said that they'll be adding solo mode to the game soon, and I hope that's true. I don't mind being bad at a multiplayer game if I'm the only one being affected by that, but being the cause of anger and frustration in others isn't fun for me.
There is many reasons for a solo mode, and very few against it, everyone would win with it, the players would get more options to play the way they want, and developers and publishers would increase the appeal for the game, increasing the popularity and consequently the money earned through in-game transactions, there is no downside.
The devs and the game, has to loose it, it's revamping a game that is balanced for trios teamplay, now you are asking to maintain different games or destroy the current balance and classes to do something that no longer offers nothing new in comparison with the rest of the brs
