Sparrow, Nerf Please?!

Sparrow, when is nerf coming?!  Or buff every other legend.  The legend does so much compared to EVERY other character.  What are the Dev's thinking?!

    Wallhacking (his "q") should take much less time.

    Ult should have much less HP.
