@SpaceHamster1991 Just wanted to say that her tactical only makes her 4% faster, or possibly not at all. It's very slight.
@Sir_Named I looked it up, it doesn't have a speed boost. Huh myth busted on that one...still a good tactical.
- @DraknasChan So it does/did have a speed increase? Or was that only when combined with her ult? I don't know what to believe anymore.
