@Collector321 To go along with this, you can be slightly off and the bullet will still hit the player as long as the bullet flies close enough to the hitbox.
Throwing Knife - Doesn't hit
Sentinel - Doesn't hit
Ultimate - Hits
Edited: The videos you uploaded show up as small previews, but here's a better example of shooting players behind cover, which I'm very thankful that the firing range dummies have a red glow that's visible through walls. I had shot the dummy twice, that's why it already has a marker placed on it. The first shot wasn't a good example, so I took a second shot.

At long ranges, Vantage's bullet grows so large that it can easily hit a target that is fully behind cover and not hittable by any other weapon.
This makes it overly difficult to countersnipe against Vantage without being hit, because they can hit you even after you've crouched behind cover. See example below.
