Red and yellow shields should not come from a helmet , but rather when you unlock the max level or mythic shield, you get an option for yellow or red, red for more durability, and yellow for faster heals to get you in the fight faster
Red shields being added was a big mistake in the first place. So happy they are limiting them as a late game upgrade. Killer update respawn!! Please keep it up
