Waiting 1 hour for no game to start in rank

Wanted to play rank on my PC so I installed  the update and tried to get a game as a bronze 4 in the middle of the night but game wouldnt start it would keep changing number of players waiting for a game from 8 to 22 and NEVER start a game.

I am very disapointed about this how can this be knowing Full Stack Preds never wait more than a few minutes for a game...

I mean comon add something in the matchmaking so after many minutes it can start a game with silvers and golds comon!!!
