I was hacked on December the 7th, and my account was banned. Next day I have reached out to customer support by phone (5 times, and livechat 1 time - over a period of 4 weeks). The 5th week I received a copy pasted reply from TOS-team saying that they _confirmed my account had been using hacks_ - and therefore denied to unban.
But support team had confirmed that I was banned following a hack, and I had wrote all the details regarding this and can even pinpoint when I was hacked (I played before work, everything was fine - came home from work and noticed strange things on my account)
I have made a new case and this time attached my payslip with working hours but have not received a reply for 5 weeks. How do I know if they are working on this case or not?
Is there even real people looking at these cases or do i queue for 5 weeks to get automatic reply? (and previous 4 weeks) Why would i receive email from them where they don't address that the ban was following getting hacked otherwise?
