I had no clue I was even being hacked until I literally interrupted a game session that I apparently was in last night. The game they were playing was ranked and it caused me to get a 10 minute penalty and to look the other account in the face of who I was partied with. LiarYQ was the person I was partied with, and apparently friended as well. I quickly understood that my account was hacked, changed all my account information, added a mobile authenticator, changed primary email, reset the password, and went to sleep. I wake up today and find out the account was actually both hacked and using hacks.
I didn't get any Email to my primary email at the time of it being hacked, which made me think of wanting to find out where the IP was that logged onto my account, but even EA doesn't have a "Last Log-in" type of recording... It would help if they added something like that and a way of locking the account if it's logged in from a different IP until the email owner can authenticate it was them.
Side note; The hacker on my account was playing Horizon and I don't think they even got a badge for any damage or kills, since I still have under 2.5k damage badge on her and whatnot. I would love it to rollback my account to September 21st though, since that was the last time I was playing and malding in arenas. I just really hope that this gets resolved before the battlepass ends, at level 93 with it and love the volt skin.
