Greetings. Can someone explain me, how ban hammer choose victims? One account, banned because of purchase exotic shards. I live in Russia and not able for straight purchase. I'm forced to use detour...

So as I am sure you are aware EA is not supported in Russia. https://www.ea.com/news/update-on-electronic-arts-titles-in-russia-and-belarus if you are not able to purchase directly in game or via legitimate sources and have been circumventing that process then that would be a TOS violation.
