“Anti-recoil controllers are NOT cheating.”

Anyone caught using Strike packs / Xim / Cronus will have action taken against them. It is easy to see who uses them. All it takes is 1 video of you using it and Hideouts is going to come down full force ban hammer for using 3rd party applications to gain a unfair advantage over others.

@VdstrkThe TOS states no name shaming on the forums. These users are not being accused but the clear aimbot users. Other reports will have someone checked into. As for the TOS though this only applies to certain things such as these forums. When a live ban is done then its clear indication the person was cheating and was banned. What happens in PM across parties does not apply the TOS rules as its not on a public platform.

Not to be argumentative, then why EA does not send an email saying a player you reported has been banned with player name on it, if it does not impact ToS?

And that supports my point, if you are a friend with Hideouts, then you have privileged information the average player would never receive?

Also, wouldn't ToS apply to all EA/Respawn team members equally? Say I contact EA asking for the results of a cheat report I submitted, would they tell me anything? I suppose not.

But, iiuc, if you are friends with that dev, or a streamer somehow close to him, then you get to know the results of a cheat report?

@E9ine_ACSry man but anyone with more than 5 braincells can setup a macro etc that looks somewhat realistic, you can take 7000 hours of gameplay of a Skilled and Brained cheater and you will not find enough prove that justifies a ban by clip

Just take a macro and let it adjust your mouse down a bit nothing else and the impact is significant for your tracking of a running person, while it’s not Perfect recoil ofc it still makes the tracking incredibly easier... and we didn’t even start to talk about legit cheaters with private well coded aimassists 

Banning the low percentage of blatant cheaters that don’t give a damn is nice but not the main problem,

And if this hideouts would really care he would’ve banned half the high tier streamers allrdy, but he doesn’t touch them cuz they bring €€€

I mean honestly there are some that have the movement of gold players with 90% accurate recoil,and when you connect 2 basic things like this together and then you Notice  really weird habits like for example shooting with hemlock on a target, pulling the weapon of target to shoot one more burst into the wall is pretty obvious that someone did just hold down the mousebutton instead of clicking 😉 a pro will simply not panic and accidentally shoot one more time while he allrdy pulled the gun away. It’s logical thinking Your brain gave the order to stop shooting pull the hand to the side so why would the finger click one more time ? 3 reasons could be the cause first reason is a disfunction  Of head/hand coordination, Second reason can be panic of unexpierienced players and I guess a “pro“ wouldn’t panic like that eh? Third is a cute little macro that rapidly clicks when you hold down mousebutton for some juicy singlefire/burstfire rates

and in case of a high tier player the First two options are extremely unlikely

This is entirely untrue.
I can show you a video right now(but my post will be delete), where the guy is using Strike Pad and Cronus(zen/max whatever etc ...). and his gameplay looks 500% legit, and you won`t even notice he is cheating, unless you watch his videos. And the guy have tube channel.

Hideouts and EA are doing exactly nothing. Tufy is doing lets say things on them big time.

The guy have youtube channel is playing 24/7 using hard cheats, and pretty much laugh at Devs big time.

There was a thread recently about cheats, and the mod proudly say they banned like 100k in a month or so, but the guy quickly disappear when i ask the question, what is the point of banning 100-200-500, 1 million people, when they are on a new acc straight away ?

You are doing nothing.

As far as SP and Cronus stuffs, they are not only reducing recoil, but they are also adding strong aim assist. Its 100% depends on the settings. They are undetectable, and tons of people are using them. Just like tons of people are using Apex Xim.

Check this thread, admin/moderator/CM answer, check my posts, which pretty much sums it all, and check if i get respond from the mods.

And let me tell you, that is not just Apex, but atm. scene is floated with all kind of device and cheats.

And you got a zero chance detecting and banning people for macros, Cronus and SP.

There is a well-known site, that is paid for macros(Apex included), and they are running from 2019, and up to now, they have thousands of customers, and not a single guy banned.

Of course there is top names that are lets said probably cheating(to not violate some rules), but the guys are smart and knows how to use soft cheats, that helps them just a bit, but actually give them big edge over the rest.

Do you really think that Apex Pro scene somehow is clean, while Warzone is full of cheaters?

While he is not 100% accurate, and lets be real, no one can be, and cheats are easy to hide, hard to find, he is more than 90% accurate of his accusation. And all of his clips are towards our streamer cheating.

You can check the videos about one of the streamers that was banned, and he start talking about Whitelisting people, that are famous(streamers/pro), and that they are pretty much untouchable. More and more i go deep into it i believe it.

And i know thousands that are not. And are playing for literally 2 years. Not only here, but on Warzone and CS:GO, Ring of Elysium, PUBG and Escape from Tarkov.

If you are using specific mouse ones, for example Logitech with G-Hub macro, no way in hell you are getting banned.

It took me some time, but i get it, that today FPS multiplayer games, are a cheaters scene show, and what I and many have been doing, aka spend insane amount of time in Aim Trainers, and InGame practice for recoil control, movement, strafe patterns and other is just a waste of time.

Main reason i quit my competitive goals, and spending so much time grinding. Just not worth it.
And main reason that kills the joy to me is this. I just can`t accept that so many peoples are getting a pass.

And again banning people on a free to game game, where you pretty much creating new acc for 1 minute time, its pretty much pretending to do something, but you actually don`t do a thing.

My whole level of frustration is gone since i quite FPS games for good. Just coming somewhere where the new season come and watching streams from time to time. Still spending around 1.5 hour a day on Kovaak, and Quake Champions to keep my skill in check.

I`m not atm. Not Apex, while i still love the game and can say it has the best balance in terms of TTK, aiming and movement.
As i said in my previous post i just came for a few days when the new seasons kick somewhere in it, and thats it.

And i still daily watch some legit streamers like ShivFPS, a guy with 111k kills, on who you can clearly see the recoil kicks and you know he is 100% legit.

And still the moment he step in Ranked, he is getting deleted so much by cheaters.

And we are talking just about the blatants one. You know they are cheating for sure.

But the thousands that are hiding it well, or using soft ones?

To be fair i miss Apex in some days, but i have so much more fun, just grinding on Kovaak and Quake champions for an hour-hour and a half a day, and doing other stuffs, and playing on MMORPG. 100% fun, no cheaters, no frustration, cause of teammates, cheaters, ridiculous legends abilities and so.

Also not so addicted to gaming anymore. :D I always have weakness for FPS, but i just can`t stand the hypocrisy around.

At one point you got to say enough is enough, and i really can`t stand the cheating anymore. The market atm is floated with all the controller devices, they are promoting them on any corner, as well as mouse macro. The company promote them with their software programs. Its literally in there, and we expect someone to get banned for, where the big big companies are promoting them, ain`t happening.

And some people are like its not making a thing, ah its my config, its my special thing, and all that nonsense, that i just can`t stand anymore.

Yeah i know about the rules. But some people get pass on it for so much thing, and some like me getting penalized for literally saying nothing offensive, but a general feeling about things.

Still the moment i ask about inconvenient question, the CM goes away, never come back to answer my question, that ain`t strange right? A thread with 20 pages where we constantly asked for a answer from mod about the soft cheats, no one come to respond.

Anyway i have said i million times, game Dev have no real profit of perma ban people, cause they are losing huge player base + huge profit from it. On top of that they have inferior basic anti-cheat system that even 15 years old kid know how to bypass.

This speaks for itself. Its pity cause i love the genre, and i love its a skill based genre, but with all the hackers, its a cheating show, and just not worth it, spend all that time trying to improve, while other are just hacking their way in.

OP correct, people just dont see no recoil macros as cheating, ive had the argument with several people over the last few years about it, of course people gonna cheat if they dont even think its cheating.

Respawn also do NOTHING to stop this despite what thier TOS says, they dont even have an option in game reporting ffs, THATS how seriously they take it.

Yeah they check third party programmes but most just dl the macro directly onto the mouse firmware, im assuming there are pretty big loopholes somewhere based on the people that have generated random hit and miss bans whilst using popular software like logitech.

Ok, after reading through this thread I am convinced the vast majority of players complaining about cheating are just butthurt gamers that can't accept there are a lot of players out there better than them with better aim and control. Yes there is cheating, I have seen videos of aimbots and it is a legit thing but the strike pack does NOT allow average players to be S tier let alone God tier and if you are constantly getting clapped by controller players when you are using a mouse and keyboard then they are just significantly better than you as a controller's bit of aim assist still pale's in comparison to the advantage you have with a M&K. 

I have experienced both scenarios. First I have always always played on console and was intimidated to learn M&k. But I started practicing with it and after 2 days I was doing things I couldn't even come close to doing after 2 years of practice on controller in this game. And even though I have never before played FPS with on a mouse my aim was just as deadly if not better. Aim is only one of many parts that make a player great anyway, so a great player with all around good skills will wax an average player that has a bit of aim assist any day all day. Aimbot is a different beast all together and the scrubs trying to infer controller players have built in aimbot are just venting because they are losing constantly. How do you even know they are on controller anyway? I bet most times you just get beamed and then have to blame it on something because either: A) you can not beam someone like that therefore they must be cheating or B) you are just frustrated and are looking for excuses to feel better about your abilities. Honestly SBMM is most likely what is causing your frustration because once you get good it is throwing you against better and better players, and some of them are very good. But that does not mean they are cheating. Millions of people are playing this game. Many are playing hours and hours every day, they are going to be very good at it. 

Lastly I want to talk about the strike pack. When I started playing apex I began on xbox. However my gf got heavily into the game as well and only had a playstation so I decided to switch consoles but did not have a pro controller. I was in walmart one day and saw a strike pack having no idea what it was but thought it was only like 30 bucks for some paddle attachments I should try it, not convinced it would work. To my surprise the paddles worked wonderfully and I was amazed that I was able to save a nearly a couple of hundred dollars on a pro controller. HOWEVER soon the strike pack started getting random disconnects and I suffered may deaths and losses due to my controller disconnecting on me so I eventually bought a scuf anyway. Now when the disconnects started happening I started researching the product more and was blown away by the fact it could use scripts and a plethora of people were crying about cheating. So me being like many of you getting frustrated at times wanting to blame people for cheating instead of me being outplayed I decided to delve deep into this stike pack mods and test if it was really why everyone was beaming me. Long story short, recoil is very easy to control on weapons after hundreds if not thousands of hours of playing so the recoil control is blown WAY out of proportion. All the top players are lasers with their favorite guns anyway. The recoil mods also only allow you to use it on a couple of guns at the same time and you have to switch recoil patterns if you pick up different guns. This means that yes it will help some average to poor players be better with a couple of guns but they have to go around looking for it. Though for good players in a game that values movement it is just too cumbersome and takes too much time. I would rather be able to pick up any gun and do work and push every moment rather than look for specific guns or hide somewhere for a few seconds to switch gun profiles. And If i was only going to use one or two guns, after hundreds of hours you should be beaming people anyway and not even noticing the recoil. I barely even feel recoil on the 301 and 99 anymore as they were my favorites to use. Rapid fire did work and i can see that being a real problem against the hemlock and that is probably the one biggest advantage. yes you can shoot the hemlock as fast with twitchy fingers but it is difficult to maintain the same level of control while rapidly pushing the fire button. And aim assist mods were a bit of a joke as all i noticed was my screen shaking around. So in conclusion I realized that all these players probably were not cheating but most were probably just better than me and if I wanted to be better than I needed to put in the time. And then remember the disconnects I was already dealing with. Overall it was just not worth it. Most likely you guys, especially console players are not getting beamed constantly by cheaters, your probably getting beamed by people that spend hours every day playing the game. 

On one note though, I am not condoning the use of these scripts. Even though I found it not overly useful and surely not going to make average players on par with great players there is always the possibility that some great players looking for a competitive edge are exploiting these scripts to do what is not possible without them. And in other games it is a much larger issue. For example in NBA 2k21 with the use of the scripts it is common where players are using these scripts to get perfect release jumpshots every time and because of the way the game treats the significance of timing it completely ruins the experience for people going up against these cheaters. The script in that game can actually make an average player as good or even better than a good/great player not using the scripts.
