I have been gaining only 12 AP every match i win and losing 12 AP every match i lose. My friend (who is the same rank) is gaining 20/30+ every match we win even if i had beter stats i still only get...

@juliusmax5 arena ranked is a complete waste or time , some matches can get up 20 or 15 minutes then you get 12 AP ( if you win)and the points needed for each tier are very high considering the earned points .
this could take forever , it seems like arena ranked was designed for the people who live for this game not for people who play couple of hours a day
