If using an accelerator is considered cheating, all Chinese players, including professional players, should be banned. I would like to ask, if you do not want Chinese players to play games, why not lock this game? LaskDied When I had posted my reply, I had assumed that the network accelerator was giving the player a gameplay advantage, (rather then it being more of a VPN to be able to play the game).
So to clarify things better, any script that modifies gun recoil, alters your movement, shoots weapons you, or overall gives you a gameplay advantage is not allowed, (while simply using a booster/VPN, should be fine from what I understand now).
That being said, FIV36 you did share screenshots of other two other scripts, so if either of those were reducing, (or removing), your gun recoil, changing how you can move, etc., then that is most likely what the ban was for, (besides ban evading your first ban).

GM.It is a built-in script for accelerating Steam; I downloaded this software specifically to accelerate Steam.

FIV36 The only thing you can do is to appeal the ban, however if you keep getting denied, then that does sadly mean that your account will remain banned.

I'm from North America, so my knowledge of accelerators/boosters were limited as to me, those indicate gameplay advantage and cheating, where you either manipulate the game or used cheats to gain stats, (such as kills and damage), but that doesn't seem to be the case here as your accelerators/boosters was to play the game in the first place.

Now I must tell you the truth: ipt" outside the game—whether it is just for optimizing the network or not—will trigger an anti-cheat ban if detected injecting into the game process. Apex's anti-eat system (Easy Anti-Cheat, EAC) is very sensitive. It does not distinguish between whether you wrote it "to optimize the network" or "to aimbot"s long as it detects a program attempting to modify or interact with the game process, it may ban you directly.
That sounds like the reason why the accounts were banned.
The anti-cheat runs on the kernel level, (a part of the system that has administration permission over the system), and the anti-cheat does monitor anything being injecting into the game, (and as such, it will ban players when anything is detected).

Furthermore, when you contact the EA TOS Team, they should already have all the relevant information about your ban, so where did you obtain your evidence?
