2nd Favorite on selection screen option

Hi there I believe most of us are pre-selecting our favorite legend and let it auto pick it before match on selection screen unless someone picked that legend before you and you choose another one....

@xCroizTop 3 please. Probably on the QOL Request list for over a year.

@swift07 Many of the QOL requests from the community seem very reasonable to me.  No clue why Respawn just ignores them.
