500 pack Heirloom guarantee

I got the bloodhound heirloom yesterday after opening in total what I believe around 350 packs. I have since what I believe surpassed 500 packs and no wraith knife? Do I need up to another 500 packs ...

Yes you get a hairloom after 500 packs and if you got one lets say after 342 it resets to 0 and you have to get another 500.

In all honesty, I'm not even sure that's true.  i just checked on ApexTracker and I am listed as being level 666 (Ha!).  I would have thought i would have hit 500 packs by now.  Nothing.

<shrugs>. No explanation.
