Hi. Why the game locks fps to 60 in menus and on legend selection screen if v-sync is turned off?
It makes no sense.
My system is: Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon 6700XT on 24.1.1 driver.
Windows VRR Turned on (OFF setting doesn't help to fix it).
240Hz Dell S2522HG connected monitor through DisplayPort.

The in-game menu was locked to 60 FPS with the Dressed to Kill Event. (Patch Note addressing this)
Not sure if this has been changed since them, but I believe it should keep it locked to 60 FPS no matter what. (Not sure if this includes the legend selection screen, but it's probably intended)
I don't think there's a way to bypass this at this point in time, so for now players will have to stick to 60 FPS on the main menu screen.
Just look at how much power your computer uses at 60 fps compared to max.
You will immediately understand why all games are implementing such limitations. It, for myself, reduces my power consumption by 75%.
