A level 16 have 2 heirlooms and me none tho i played for months

I have been playing for months, and open so many pack still no heirlooms, and i was just playing with a friend level 16 who already have 2 heirlooms  How come? Seriously if it gonna be like this ,w...

you have to pay if you want heirlooms, it's not about playing

You can't buy heirlooms shard,and he doesn't even have the battle pass
