Abandon Penalty Cooldown/Reset
I can't find any published info about a cooldown or reset of the abandon penalty after a specific time period has elapsed--other games I've encountered a deserter or leaver penalty in have integrated...

Well reset? hope there's none, we do not deserve a reset, at least until we learn to co-op and work together!
I understand ranked play is supposed to be competitive but i think the seriousness is laughable.. Not every game left is one quit. Some people dont lock themselves in a room, closing them everyone off.. Personally my roommates will distract me or a salesman etc. Most often its the * servers.. And now im penalized half an hour for taking no ill course of action
Reset will not help you get rid of bad habit.
Always increasing penalty can...
