I can't find any published info about a cooldown or reset of the abandon penalty after a specific time period has elapsed--other games I've encountered a deserter or leaver penalty in have integrated...

@Fenelcreedpenalty because of golden shields? what?
@NaRnIaaa That shield you use once your down. Most recent one said squad eliminated so I don't understand why I have the penalty.
