About new legendary (golden) hop up: Boosted Loader

So I have a wingman with purple magazine, with 9 bullets. If I reload after 6 bullets, I will then get 11 bullets good, but from that point I have to reload after using just 9 bullets to again get 11...

@Alphabets Dear Respawn, please bring back the skullpiercer and hammerpoint rounds instead of this non-sense and shattercap rounds.
