I see it's been a couple of weeks since your case was submitted. It's still awaiting investigation. We can't help with this over Answers HQ, but try opening a new case to get in touch with an advisor or use our Twitter (@EAHelp) or Facebook support (facebook.com/eahelphub). Do not resume the existing case as that will pull it from the queue and cause a further delay with getting a response. The advisor will look into this and let you know if anything can be done. If you want to open a case, that can be done here. Thanks!
