Unfortunately, we can't help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. If you've disputed the ban twice and are still declined, you can submit one more dispute.
@EA_Aljo Hi! Goodpm sir, They always send me e-mail that they will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account. I already submitted the third one but I am afraid that they would reject it again. after reading multiple threads here, after the third one they will automatically cancel all my dispute. My point was hackers would probably forget this. like sweep this under the rug and create a new account to cheat again. People that are insisting like myself and others that they are not hacking and they're been banned / false positive hacking should be looked at. EA should consider us or look into our cases efficiently. Can I send again and again dispute regarding my banned account for no reason? I really need answers if I did anything wrong they should have let me know first or suspend my account for days first to warn me. but they instantly ban me without knowing if I am 100% using 3rd party programs. I'm still confused upto now. Still don't know what to do.
