@EA_Aljo After 3 attempts of Ban appeal. they said that "Please do not expect further responses on this matter." Is there a way that I could help them to further investigate my account because I really dont use any third party app.

I treat all advisors nice. but why do they blocked me from making case for my account? Is this how they handle players with their concerns? @EA_Aljo @EA_Darko @EA_DarDar

I'm not seeing any additional bans that wouldn't allow you to create a case. It looks like you're trying to delete your account. Try contacting our support through Twitter (@EAHelp) or Facebook (facebook.com/eahelphub). That should get you in touch with an advisor.
