    This isn't a bug so I'll move this to General discussion for you. 

    I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to help with banned cases. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

@Radimov_GTO Hey there, You may appeal the ban at any time the same way you filed your first ticket. Depending on what evidence it may be as they can see from their logs of things a lot of times they are not accepted. You may try though just attach anything you can to better help your with your issue and them checking into things.

@E9ine_AC Hi there, so i just make a new ticket? i mean isn't that just going to be counted as spam? i don't mind doing another if that's the way.

    @Radimov_GTO Players are allowed to appeal bans to have another set of eyes look into the case. Unless they have mentioned that they will no longer consider looking into the case.

        Ive appealed my ban multiple times as i have never done anything wrong. they denied me everytime and refuse to talk to me. i cant even play the game i play with my wife now. spent well over 600 bucks on that account and i cant make others cause they get banned instantly. this company is horrible.
