Though in your case I think it would be best to contact EA Support directly, though make sure to do so without logging into your own EA Account: https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-account&category=manage-my-account&topic=resecure-hacked-account
As the account is already compromised, and it's likely not possible to change any of the data yourself, making cases via your EA Account would likely not be a great idea as the hacker might close these cases or interfere in some way.
