account problem

hello does anyone know what happened to my account? I have been inactive for a long time, and now when I want to play the game my account restarts from the beginning when I try to link from EA to steam

    Steam and EA Login Match: Double-check that you’re launching the game from the same Steam account you originally used, and that it matches the EA account connected to it.
    Contact EA Support: If you’re sure you're using the correct accounts and the issue persists, contact EA Support. They can look into your account history and possibly restore your progress.

  • y make sure you are at the right EA acc, if not go make a new steam and link it to the right EA
    if you are on the right one then you must call the support to back you your progress
